§ 90.05 RUNNING AT LARGE; EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person owning, harboring or exercising control over an animal to permit such animal to run at large in the town. It is the duty of all persons owning, harboring or exercising control over any animal to keep them restrained in an enclosure or on a leash.
   (B)   The provisions of this section shall not apply to the animal when such animal remains near its owner or keeper or its vehicle or effects.
