§ 90.02 KEEPING IN ANNOYING MANNER.
   The keeping of, or permitting the keeping of, any livestock, animals or fowl within the corporate limits of the town in such a manner that it annoys or bothers the residents thereabouts, is hereby declared to constitute a nuisance.

§ 90.03 KEEPING CERTAIN ANIMALS PROHIBITED.
   The keeping or permitting the keeping of any pigs or hogs within the residential or commercial corporate limits of the town is hereby declared a nuisance and may be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

§ 90.04 LIVESTOCK; RUNNING AT LARGE; IMPOUNDMENT AND SALE.
   (A)   Running at large of fowl and rabbits prohibited. Any person who shall be the owner or keeper of any chickens, ducks, turkeys, geese or other domestic fowl or rabbits, and shall permit the same to run at large in the town or trespass upon the premises of another.

   (B)   Running at large of livestock prohibited. It is unlawful for the owner or keeper of any horse, cow, mule, hog, sheep, goat or other animal of similar kind to permit the same to run at large within the town or to trespass upon the lands of another.

§ 90.05 RUNNING AT LARGE; EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person owning, harboring or exercising control over an animal to permit such animal to run at large in the town. It is the duty of all persons owning, harboring or exercising control over any animal to keep them restrained in an enclosure or on a leash.
   (B)   The provisions of this section shall not apply to the animal when such animal remains near its owner or keeper or its vehicle or effects.

§ 90.06 IMPOUNDMENT AND DISPOSITION.
   (A)   Unrestrained dogs and nuisance animals, including cats, shall be taken by humane officers, and impounded by a veterinarian and there confined in a humane manner.
   (B)   Impounded dogs and cats shall be kept for not less than three days.
   (C)   If by license tag or other means, the owner of an impounded animal can be identified, the humane officer shall upon impoundment notify the owner by telephone or mail,
   (D)   An owner reclaiming an impounded cat or dog shall pay an impound fee, plus a daily fee for each day the animal has been impounded.
   (E)   Any animal not reclaimed by its owner within three days shall be humanely euthanized.
   (F)   In addition to, or in lieu of, impounding an animal found at large, the humane officer or police officer may issue to the known owner of such animal a notice of ordinance violation.
   (G)   The owner of an impounded animal may also be proceeded against for violation of this chapter.
