§ 33.09 CHAPLAIN.
   There is hereby created two additional positions of Fire Department Chaplain and Assistant Fire Department Chaplain. These individuals shall be the Chaplains for the Fire Department and the compensation for these individuals shall be $1 per year of service to be paid in the last pay warrant in December.
