§ 33.01 FULL-TIME MEMBERS.
   The Fire Department of the city shall consist of three full-time employees designated as follows:
   (A)   Fire Chief;
   (B)   First Assistant Fire Chief; and
   (C)   Second Assistant Fire Chief.
