§ 52.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates an order of the Board or this chapter, or the orders, rules and regulations issued hereunder, shall be fined for each offense as provided in § 10.99. Each day on which a violation shall occur or continue shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense. In addition to the penalties provided herein, the city may recover reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, court reporter’s fees and other expenses of litigation by appropriate suit at law against the person found to have violated this chapter or the orders, rules and regulations issued hereunder.

   (B)   Any person in violation of § 52.03 is subject to a civil penalty of $25 per day, and each day of violation shall be a separate offense; the penalty may be recovered by civil action or by assessment against the property in question.
