105.14 CONTESTS.

A person intending to contest the election of another to any municipal officer shall file a notice of such contest with the Mayor and City Clerk within ten days after the results of the election are certified by the Mayor and City Clerk as required by Section 105.13. Such contest shall be conducted in the manner provided in Chapter 3, Article 7 of the West Virginia Code

(§3-7-1, et seq.) or by subsequent legislation providing for contests of municipal elections.
