1505.03  ENFORCEMENT; INSPECTORS.
   (a)   The Fire Prevention Code adopted herein shall be enforced by the Fire Department.
   (b)   The Chief of the Fire Department may detail such members of the Fire Department as inspectors as shall from time to time be necessary.  The Chief of the Fire Department may recommend the employment of technical inspectors.
