1109.09 REMOVING RAT PROOFING, PROHIBITED.

No occupant, owner, contractor, public utility company, plumber or any other person shall remove and fail to restore in like condition the rat proofing from any business building for any purpose. Further, no person or agent shall make any new openings that are not closed or sealed against the entrance of rats. (1967 Code Sec. 16-13)
