933.11 SHARING GARBAGE CONTAINERS PROHIBITED; FAILURE TO PAY FEE.

No two families may share a garbage container in order to split a fee, and if any family does not receive a bill, it is the duty of the householder to report to the City Collector, as he is liable for this fee. Failure to do so shall be unlawful, and a violation of this article.
