905.02 MAINTENANCE OF STREETS, ALLEYS, ETC.

Council shall have power to vacate, close, open, alter, curb, recurb, pave or repave roads, streets, alleys, sidewalks, crosswalks, drains and gutters. (1967 Code Sec. 21-1)
