765.03 AMOUNT OF FEE; DATE DUE.

The service fee levied under Section 765.02 shall be payable to the City Collector and Treasurer at the Office of the City Collector and Treasurer at the City Hall on or before September 1 in the amount of six dollars ($6.00).
