749.07 PERSONS TO WHOM SALES PROHIBITED.

No licensee, his servants, agents or employees shall sell, furnish or give wine to any minor, mental incompetent, or person who is physically incapacitated due to the consumption of alcoholic liquor or the use of drugs. (8-11-81)
