No retailer, his servants, agents or employees shall sell or deliver wine on any general or primary election day, or prior to 1:00 p.m. or after 9:00 p.m. on Sundays, or between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. on weekdays and Saturdays. (8-11-81)
