719.02 PERMIT FEE AND PAYMENT; EXCEPTION.

The cost for the issuance of a permit for peddlers and solicitors shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per person and payment for the same shall be made at the time the application is made. Persons soliciting pursuant to any political, educational, charitable, religious or civic organization shall be exempt from such fee.
