No person engaged in carrying on the business of pawnbroker, within the City shall purchase any article or receive such article as a pledge from any person between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. from April 1, to November 1, of any year nor between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. from November 1, to April 1, of any year, except that on Saturday evenings such persons shall have the right to purchase any article or receive such article in pledge until 11:00 p.m. (2-14-84)
