713.08 FALSE RECORDS OR REPORTS.

No person engaged in carrying on the business of pawnbroker within the City or any clerk or employee of such person shall make a false entry in the book required to be kept by Section 713.06 of make a report required by Section 713.07 which is false in any material particular. (2-14-84)
