The annual license fee to keep or maintain a male dog shall be one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25). The annual license fee to keep or maintain a female dog shall be two dollars ($2.00). No certificate fee shall be payable for licenses under this section
Application shall be made to, and licenses issued by, the County Assessor, in accordance with the arrangement existing on April 8, 1975, and until such arrangement may be discontinued. The dog license year shall be from January 1 to December 31.
