373.10 IMPOUNDMENT OF UNSAFE BICYCLES.

The Chief of Police shall have authority to impound any bicycle not conforming to safety standards required by State law or this article and will be empowered to retain such bicycle until satisfactory arrangements have been made to make such bicycle safe and capable of passing inspection.
