363.14 TAMPERING; USE OF SLUGS.

No person shall deface, injure, tamper with, willfully break, destroy or impair the usefulness of, or open without lawful authority, any parking meter. No person shall deposit or cause to be deposited in any parking meter any slug, device or substitute for a coin of the United States.
