363.06  PARKING TIME LIMIT.
   Any vehicle parking or standing in any designated parking space in a parking meter zone shall be parked as set forth in this Code or other ordinance of the City and may occupy such space during the parking limit provided by this Code or other ordinance of the City for the part of the street in which such parking space is located.  The maximum legal time limit for a parking meter space is that set forth on the parking meter for that space.  When any vehicle shall be parked next to a parking meter, the owner or operator of such vehicle, upon entering such parking space shall immediately deposit in such meter, one or more coins of the United States as indicated by instruction on such meter and shall activate the meter by fully turning the lever.  Failure to deposit such proper coin shall constitute a violation of this section.  Upon the expiration of the legal parking time, it shall be the duty of the owner, or driver of the vehicle forthwith to remove the vehicle from the parking space, and no person shall cause, allow, permit or suffer any such vehicle registered in his name to be parked or standing overtime, or remain therein beyond the parking time limit prescribed by this article.
