361.14  PARKING OF TRUCKS, BUSES, TRACTOR-TRAILERS, OTHER  TANDEM VEHICLES.
   (a)   "Truck", as used in this article, shall not include those vehicles designated as a three-fourths ton truck or less.
   (b)   No person shall park any truck, bus, camper, tractor-trailer or other tandem vehicle on any street within the City limits except for the express purpose of loading or unloading, and then for the period of time which is spent in actual loading or unloading of such vehicle.  No person shall park the trailer of any tractor-trailer or the property-carrying unit of any tandem vehicle upon any street at any time except for the purpose of loading or unloading such trailer or property-carrying unit and for only that period of time which is spent in actual loading or unloading and unless the same is fully connected to the tractor or other regular propelling unit so that the same can be instantly moved when required.
   (c)   No person shall park any vehicle upon any street within the City for the principal purpose of maintaining or repairing such vehicle where such maintenance or repairs will continue for a period in excess of eight hours.  Any such maintenance or repairs shall be done in a fashion so as not to endanger or impede other persons or vehicles making lawful use of such street or any sidewalk abutting thereto.  However the provisions of this section are not to apply to repairs made necessary by an emergency.
