361.13 PAINTING CURBING; PLACING "NO PARKING" SIGNS.

No person shall paint any curbing yellow or place a sign along a curb or within a stall containing the words "no parking" without first having permission obtained from Council to do so. (1967 Code Sec. 17-68)
