361.11 PARKING IN ALLEYS.

(a) The parking of vehicles in such a way as to obstruct existing and potential traffic in and along alleys of the City is prohibited and shall be unlawful.

(b) For the purposes of this provision, "potential traffic" shall be considered to include the full range and size of passenger, service, and emergency vehicles which can be expected to customarily travel in a given alley from time to time.

(c) Any person convicted of a violation of this section shall be subject to the penalties prescribed by Sections 361.99 and 303.99.
