305.09 PARKING FOR POLICE VEHICLES.

(a) The area in front of the barracks of the Wellsburg detachment of the West Virginia State Police, shall be restricted to parking for authorized police vehicles only.

(b) The West Virginia State Police shall be authorized to paint the curb in front of the barracks and erect appropriate signs restricting the parking to authorized police vehicles only. (10-20-80)
