305.03 AUTHORITY TO INSTALL TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES.

The Chief of Police shall place and maintain traffic control signs, signals and devices when and as required under this Traffic Code or by ordinance to make effective the provisions of this Traffic Code. (1967 Code Sec. 17-57)
