173.06 EXECUTION FOR FINES, COSTS AND PENALTIES.

The Police Judge may issue an execution for the fines, costs and penalties imposed by him in any case, and such execution shall in all respects be executed and returned as are executions issued by a magistrate, under the laws of the State. (1967 Code Sec. 9-7)
