The Wellsburg Historic Landmarks Commission shall meet a minimum of ten meetings per year. A quorum at such Commission meetings shall consist of any three of the five Commission members. Members of the Commission shall vote on all matters pertaining to the Commission unless they have a personal interest in the particular matter being voted upon. Members shall be expected to attend all meetings of the Commission during the year. Any member may be removed upon vote of the Commission by virtue of his having missed three consecutive meetings without good cause. (4-12-83)
