147.03 TRANSFER OF PROPRIETARY INTEREST.

All right, title and interest of any kind heretofore vested in the Park and Recreation Board is hereby transferred to the City and the City hereby assumes all outstanding indebtedness or liability incurred in good faith by the former Board or any of its members acting in good faith within the scope of their duties as members of such Board.
