135.02  CHIEF TO ATTEND COUNCIL MEETINGS; SERVICE OF NOTICES.
   The Police Chief shall attend all meetings of Council and serve all notices or processes required by ordinance unless otherwise specifically provided.  (1967 Code Sec. 2-38)
