Effective July 1, 2013, the City Clerk shall receive the sum of four hundred dollars ($400.00) per month as compensation for the performance of all the duties of City Clerk as set forth in the City Charter, as well as those duties set forth in this article. In addition to the compensation set forth herein, the City Clerk shall receive the additional sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) for special meetings of Council and fifty dollars ($50.00) for standing committee meetings, provided that the Clerk actually attends such meetings.
