133.01 DUTIES RESPECTING SEAL; CERTIFICATION OF ORDINANCES.

The City Clerk shall have charge of the seal of the City; and shall affix the same to all such papers as require the seal of the City, whenever it is proper so to do, and copies of all ordinances and proceedings of Council shall be certified to by the City Clerk under the seal of the City, and attested by the signature of the Mayor. (1967 Code Sec. 2-40)
