Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 131.025 herein, the Collector and Treasurer shall be entitled to two weeks of paid vacation during each year in office. Provided however, that such vacation time shall be taken, if at all, during the twelve month period for which it has accrued, and shall not be carried over to subsequent years in office. Upon request of the Collector and Treasurer, additional vacation time or leave may be granted upon a majority vote of Council. (Ord. 2010-2-1. Passed 3-9-10.)
