(a) The provisions of this article shall apply to all buildings as hereinafter designated which are now in existence or which may hereafter be constructed in the City.
(b) All buildings which are required to be repaired under the provisions of this article shall be subject to the provisions of this Part Seventeen - Building and Housing Code, and Part Fifteen - Fire Prevention Code and other ordinances of the City.
