107.01 PURCHASES AND CONTRACTS NOT EXCEEDING $3,000.

The City Manager is authorized to purchase, at his discretion, on the open market, supplies, materials and equipment costing not more than three thousand dollars ($3,000) and may further execute contracts for services costing not more than such amount.
