§ 152.156  BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND APPEALS.
   A 5 person Board of Adjustment and Appeals is hereby created.  Members of the Board of Adjustment and Appeals shall be appointed by the City Council, and shall include 2 members of the Planning and Zoning Commission, 2 members of the City Council and the Wells City Building Inspector.
