159.03 COMPENSATION FOR COURT APPEARANCE.

Police officers who are required to attend court while off duty shall be paid the sum of either one hundred dollars ($100.00) or the officer’s pay at his regular rate (plus any applicable overtime premium), whichever would be greater, for each appearance.
