There is hereby created a position to be known as Town Hall Manager whose duty it shall be to assist the Village Manager in scheduling the use of Village-maintained facilities for such purposes as shall, from time to time be directed by the Village Manager or by Council; to collect and account for all admission, rental and other receipts derived from the use of such facilities and to maintain or cause such facilities to be maintained in a neat, orderly condition.
