141.03 ORGANIZATION AND CONTROL.

The Volunteer Fire Department shall elect its own officers and be governed by its own by-laws, a code of which shall be submitted to the Board of Trustees of the Wellington Community Fire District for approval. The members shall at all times be subject to the ordinances and regulations of Council and the directions of the Fire Chief.
