140.07 PARKING ORDINANCE ENFORCEMENT.

A member of the Wellington Auxiliary Police shall have the authority, and is hereby empowered, to enforce the ordinances of the Village of Wellington relative to the parking of vehicles as set forth in Chapter 351 of the Wellington Codified Ordinances, and may issue citations and traffic tickets as legally appropriate in connection therewith
