135.05 VILLAGE PROSECUTOR.
   (a)   The position of Village Prosecutor is hereby created.
   (b)   The Village Prosecutor shall be appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the majority of Council.
   (c)   The duties of Village Prosecutor shall be as specified in Section 5.01 of the Charter.
