107.02 FEES FOR USE OF PUBLIC FACILITIES.
   The following fees are hereby established for the rental of Town Hall facilities:
**Renters must be at least 18 years of age**
Private Events (Scheduled for 4 hours or more)

A Deposit Will Be Required

Advance Set Up Subject to $10.00 per Hour - (Fee at Discretion of the Town Hall Coordinator)
Non Profit Organizations as Recognized by    Village Administrator (Per Event)

All Other Rentals Per Hour (One Hour Minimum)
$ 25.00
League Fees Per Hour. Subject to Town Hall Coordinator Determining Length of Time Used

No Town Hall Rentals from Midnight - 7:00 AM
Wellington Schools will incur no charge while the    same privilege is made reciprocal for the Village use of School facilities.
Proper Permits for Games of Chance for Non Profit Organizations Shall Be Obtained and Posted.
