103.01 STANDARD BENCH MARK.

The standard for establishing the grades and measurements of all streets in the Municipality shall be the brass tablet survey marker inscribed and placed by the United States Geological Service on the north side of the Herrick Memorial Library, which has been determined to be 860.31 feet above sea level.
