(a) An applicant to operate as a mobile food vendor may apply for a single-event permit, for an event not to exceed three (3) consecutive days, for a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per event, or a permit for more than a single event, which will expire at the end of each calendar year, for a fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(b) Permit application fees are non-refundable once submitted, regardless of whether a permit is issued or denied. (Ord. 2018-32. Passed 9-17-18.)
