(a) The Official Emblem for the Police Department for the Village of Wellington, Ohio, shall hereafter be as displayed on the attached Exhibit "A” to Ordinance 2019-02.
(b) Henceforth, this official police emblem shall be used in connection with the uniforms, documents, correspondence, and symbols identifying property of the Village Police Department.
(c) No person may make or use the Police Department Emblem, or any cut, facsimile, or reproduction thereof, for unofficial or private purposes without the prior written authorization of the Village Police Chief or his designee. Whoever violates this subsection is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. (Ord. 2019-02. Passed 1-22-19.)
