(a) The Official Seal for the Village of Wellington, Ohio, shall hereafter be as displayed on the attached Exhibit "A" to Ordinance 2018-29.
(b) Henceforth, when an official seal is legally required, or may be beneficially used in connection with the documents, correspondence, and symbols identifying property of the Village, the Official Seal shall be used; and the Village Manager and Finance Director are hereby authorized and directed to implement such designation.
(c) No person may make or use the Village seal, or any cut, facsimile, or reproduction thereof, for unofficial or private purposes without the prior written authorization of the Village Manager or his designee. Whoever violates this subsection is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. (Ord. 2018-29. Passed 8-6-18.)
