The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby designated as the Officer to receive proceeds of insurance insuring buildings or other structures, damage by fire in accordance with Division C and D of Ohio R.C. 3929.86 and to establish a separate fund to be used solely as security against the total cost of removing, repairing or securing buildings or other structures in accordance with Ohio R.C. 3929.86.
