920.01 PERMIT REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall occupy or use any property within the Public Right of Way without first obtaining a permit from the Village Manager or his designee, evidencing the consent of the Village of Wellington.

(b) Any installation currently in place within the Village's right of way at the enactment of this Chapter shall not be required to newly apply for consent, but shall, in all other respects, comply with this Chapter. (Ord. 2016-53. Passed 12-19-16.)
