(a) The following are the only individuals authorized to sign checks in the name of the Village of Wellington, Ohio:
(1) Finance Director;
(2) Mayor;
(3) Village Manager
(b) All checks of the Village shall bear the signatures of two of the individuals authorized to sign checks as specified in subsection (a), above.
(c) The Finance Director, Mayor, and Village Manager are authorized to execute necessary documents, including but not limited to signature cards, with financial institutions to implement this section. (Ord. 2016-48. Passed 1-3-17.)
