1185.041 SOLAR ENERGY - APPLICABILITY.

(a) No person shall construct, erect, maintain, extend or remove a solar energy system in the Village without compliance with the provisions of this chapter.

(b) Zoning Districts. Solar energy systems in accordance with the standards in this section are allowed as a permitted accessory use, but not as a primary use, in all zoning districts.
