There shall be maintained a current general liability policy covering bodily injury and property damage with limits of at least one million ($1,000,000) per occurrence and three million dollars ($3,000,000) in the aggregate. Certificates shall be made available to the Village upon request before construction commences and shall be maintained with the Village thereafter.
